Brian earned his Medical Degree at UPIKE-KYCOM. He completed residency training at East Tennessee State University in Family Medicine where he served as chief resident. He has been in private practice since returning to Pikeville in 2014. When not working, Brian enjoys video games, 3D printing crafts, and spending priceless time with his wife, Lisa, and two daughters, Lillian and Layla.

Sarah has a total of 18 years of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, and nephrology. When not working, Sarah enjoys going to church, hiking, and traveling with her family.
